Kelli Dowdney

President

Kelli Dowdney has had the privilege of serving the Multi-Family Industry for over 22 years in various arenas. Starting as a Leasing Consultant while she earned her BBA in Marketing and a minor in Finance from Texas A&M Univeristy, she has worked her way through on-site management and corporate positions. Her diverse experience as a Multi-Site Financial Analyst, Marketing Director, National Trainer, and several Corporate Executive positions as well as exposure to operating in conventional , value-add, student housing and REIT environments has served her well. This experience has given Kelli a strong foundation needed to take a high-level, well-rounded and strategic approach to property management. Her in-depth knowledge of financials, operations, marketing, and leadership development allows her to greatly impact the organization in critical areas.

She is extremely passionate about the growth and development of associates and leading them to increase the performance of their properties for the owners and investors. Developing a culture hyper-centric on serving people from the inside out, respect, integrity and inspiring greatness from within is one of Kelli’s most important initiatives. Kelli’s relentless pursuit for excellence, ability to measure key performance indicators and establishing best practices and processes throughout the organization is at the very heartbeat of Place 10 Residential.

Ann Bruce

Regional Manager 

Ann entered the apartment industry as a Part time Leasing agent prior to moving into management.   She spent 12 years as an on-site manager and became an Area Manager with Post Properties.  Ann's career as a Regional Manager began with ECI Management of Atlanta in 2001.   Upon disposition of the portfolio in 2017, she transitioned to the RREAF properties, first with DLP Realty Management and then joined the Place 10 Team.

 

Ann strives to develop strong team members enabling them to flourish in their positions, and those that they aspire to attain.  She has been named Instructor of the Year for the MS Multi-family Council, has served as President, and Board member.  She was named Regional Manager of the Year, and served on the Education Committee for 4 terms.  Ann is has been invited as Guest Speaker on multiple occasions for the MMFC and the Mississippi Apartment Assn. as well as other industry related organizations.

 

She attained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern MS and is a  MS Real Estate Broker.

 

In her spare time, Ann enjoys restoring classic cars and hiking.

Cliff Sandlin

Regional Manager

Cliff Sandlin began his real estate career in 1999 and soon promoted through the ranks to Sr. Regional Manager.

 

In 2008, Cliff joined the hugely successful development and management firm Collegiate Development which is co-owned by the 12th largest construction firm in the nation. During his tenure his experience become very diversified in real estate development, construction, finance, asset management, and property management.  Cliff joined Riverstone Residential Group in 2011 where he quickly accelerated his career by launching a new market for Riverstone. Through successful Business Development efforts and progressive operations he distinguished himself as an industry leader even through the Riverstone/Greystar merger. 

 

Among his many industry awards, in 2012 and 2013, he was presented with consecutive Regional Manager of The Year honors. In 2012, Cliff was awarded Corporate Supervisor of The Year from the AACO and also captured the Platinum Award for best in class performanceHe has held Executive Board of Director positions with various apartment associations and is actively involved with legislative efforts related to multi-family. His education achievements include a BBA from the University of North Texas and Pilot License from Spartan Aeronautical.

Tabitha Brock

Regional Manager

Marisa Nuncio

Director of New Business & Acquisitions

17 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry.  She started her career as a leasing agent for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community and has held various positions in the industry over the years including Compliance Specialist, Resident Activity Coordinator, Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and Area Manager.  Marisa has extensive knowledge of Affordable Housing Programs and has successfully stabilized three under-performing communities during her leadership.  Marisa leads the Place 10 Residential Due Diligence and Acquisitions Team.  Her formal education is in Accounting and she has attained a designation of Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association.
