Michael Izenberg 
President
 
Mr. Izenberg has worked in the Multi-Family industry across the United States for the past 20 years. He has worked for well-known providers such as Merryland Residential, Fairfield Residential, AMC LLC., and most recently spent the last 16 months as President of Operations at Wilshire Skyline Inc; a Beverly Hills based boutique property management company. Michael has expertise in several markets across the country and specializes in assessing underperforming assets and executing improvement strategies while providing world-class customer service. He has extensive knowledge working within a REIT environment as well as in the private sector and 3rd party management.
 
Michael started his multifamily career as a Leasing agent and has worked his way up through all levels of community management, allowing him to instantly understand the demands and rewards at each level. Michael has an extensive history with all levels of acquisition, disposition and lease-up communities. He has a strong understanding of renovation/rehab related projects and has worked with the affordable housing community.
 
Michael attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University, and holds awards from the Atlanta Apartment Assoc, and the Utah Apartment Assoc.
 
Jagdeep Grewal 
Controller


Ms. Grewal has extensive accounting experience in commercial and residential property/asset management for over 20 years.  She has worked for companies such as Polygon, Intrawest, Fisher, Vulcan, Microsoft, Watermark Estates Management, and Barclays Realty and Management Company.  Jagdeep is very passionate for her career and is dedicated to achieve business success by establishing practical and simplified financial processes.  Her strengths of excelling at organization, strong interpersonal skills, building diverse and high performing teams, implementing new accounting systems and procedures to align operations; all contribute to the outstanding performance of our cohesive accounting team.  Jagdeep’s experience and attitude all contribute to building confidence, accurate reporting, and streamlined accounting systems and procedures.  In turn, her leadership trickles down throughout all layers of Place 10 and maintains our vision to be Best In Class.
Justine Smith 
Regional Manager
 

Ms. Smith has over 22 years’ experience in Multi Family Real Estate.  She has held various positions with community management companies, starting as a leasing agent and now as a Regional Manager for Place 10.  Justine currently oversees our portfolio located in South Texas.
