Glenn Gonzales

Chief Executive Officer
 
Mr. Gonzales is a principal and co-founder of NAPA, LLC and has 25 years’ experience in the multifamily real estate industry. He has overseen the operations of over 9,000 units across 45 communities in five states.
 
-Proven track record of profitable multifamily, commercial and residential real estate investments
-Strong network of investors and industry experts
-Multifamily community management and operations, including asset renovation and stabilization
 
He has served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, and was elected as President of the association in 2006. From 1994 to 1998, Glenn was a board member for the Utah Apartment Association. He also served a two year term as the Chairman of the Public Relations Committee and a one year term as the Secretary Treasurer for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Since 1994, Glenn has also been an instructor for the Apartment Associations in his local markets.
 
Prior to his position as a Principal at NAPA, LLC, Glenn spent many years working in multifamily and commercial community management with companies such as PPA Real Estate Management, Equity Residential, Evergreen Management Group, Glacier Management, and gained a great deal of experience at Pacific Community Company, a value-add investment firm. He is also a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and Certified Property Manager from IREM. Glenn’s many years of industry experience coupled with his acute ability to motivate and lead has enabled him to build an effective management operation and assemble a strong team of professionals everywhere he goes which leads to an execute strategic vision of NAPA Investments.

Michael Izenberg 
President
 
Mr. Izenberg has worked in the Multi-Family industry across the United States for the past 20 years. He has worked for well-known providers such as Merryland Residential, Fairfield Residential, AMC LLC., and most recently spent the last 16 months as President of Operations at Wilshire Skyline Inc; a Beverly Hills based boutique property management company. Michael has expertise in several markets across the country and specializes in assessing underperforming assets and executing improvement strategies while providing world-class customer service. He has extensive knowledge working within a REIT environment as well as in the private sector and 3rd party management.
 
Michael started his multifamily career as a Leasing agent and has worked his way up through all levels of community management, allowing him to instantly understand the demands and rewards at each level. Michael has an extensive history with all levels of acquisition, disposition and lease-up communities. He has a strong understanding of renovation/rehab related projects and has worked with the affordable housing community.
 
Michael attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University, and holds awards from the Atlanta Apartment Assoc, and the Utah Apartment Assoc.
 
Dean Vinyard 
Vice President

 

Dean’s career spans 28 years and began in leasing apartments in Dallas, TX.  His career track progressed through all site level positions and into upper management as a Regional Manager then up through the ranks to Executive Vice President.  His experiences in management have been varied and have provided a strong base for foresight, execution and market maximization.  REIT, renovation, repositioning, receivership, affordable housing, mixed use development and main stream management for private owners as well as publically traded companies all fall within his experience and tenure.  Dean has worked in various markets with highly reputable companies and brings a very sophisticated approach to execution and project implementation. Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
Jagdeep Grewal 
Controller


Ms. Grewal has extensive accounting experience in commercial and residential property/asset management for over 20 years.  She has worked for companies such as Polygon, Intrawest, Fisher, Vulcan, Microsoft, Watermark Estates Management, and Barclays Realty and Management Company.  Jagdeep is very passionate for her career and is dedicated to achieve business success by establishing practical and simplified financial processes.  Her strengths of excelling at organization, strong interpersonal skills, building diverse and high performing teams, implementing new accounting systems and procedures to align operations; all contribute to the outstanding performance of our cohesive accounting team.  Jagdeep’s experience and attitude all contribute to building confidence, accurate reporting, and streamlined accounting systems and procedures.  In turn, her leadership trickles down throughout all layers of Place 10 and maintains our vision to be Best In Class.
Justine Smith 
Regional Manager
 

Ms. Smith has over 22 years’ experience in Multi Family Real Estate.  She has held various positions with community management companies, starting as a leasing agent and now as a Regional Manager for Place 10.  Justine currently oversees our portfolio located in South Texas.

 
Valen Price 
Regional Manager
 

Ms. Price brings a wealth of knowledge spanning over 15 years of multifamily and retail industry experience. She is highly skilled in budgeting, business planning, operations management, apartment management, and market rate stabilization. Valen is an experienced Regional Property Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate/apartment industry, and has worked in every position from leasing agent to Regional Manager. Valen is a graduate of the University of North Texas and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree.  Her motto is “Who you are tomorrow begins with what you do today” -Tim Fargo
